Good vitamins
These are my go to vitamins. I'm not sure how well they help with hot flashes but i don't feel as low energy when I take them. I don't have a problem taking large pills but they me a little big for some people.

Huge full sized vitamins, but helped with hot flashes and night sweats at night. It was a little difficult to swallow because of the size. I will look for a petite size and add on a menopause supplement.
