Eye Color for Anyone
The color on the website is not even close to what the color is actually. The color is more of a deep teal than the green shown here. It is definitely blue with a greenish cast, but more toward the blue side than green. It is a lovely shade. I love the product and highly recommend all Laura Mercier products. The eye color is easy to apply and lasts the whole day, needing to be reapplied only if going out in the evening for a special occasion.

The colour you see in the palette is exactly the colour that ends up on your eyelids.
The fact that there is little residue once you've put the colour on your eyelids with an eyeshadow brush.

A great starting point
This is a great foundation shadow upon which to build the colour. It is my go to shade and all the more useful for being packaged separately. Laura Mercier shadows have lovely textures and glide on effortlessly.
