BooginHead Squeez'Ems Reusable Food Pouches (2 Pouches)

I was hesitant a first but I really liked the style of these pouches MUCH better than others.I also noticed many of the bad reviews were from folks using them for their infant/ toddlers, but the kids on the packaging were school age. So I gave them a shot - since my daughter is 7.We've had them for almost 6 months now and I really like them!Perfect size.As far as the top, as long as you make sure you close it hard until it you hear a SANP we've had no issues with it coming open. (On the very first time we used it, it came open. Once I figured out to close it hard and hear that "snap" it's NEVER come open again since. Not sure why everyone else finds it so difficult.)I'm probably going to buy a couple more, infact. :)

First I'll start with what I like about this:Reusable. Less waste!Light and Easy for my toddler to handle (easier than the heavy silicone type).The small lid is attached so it won't get lost or put in the mouth. Dishwasher safe although I think my husband washes by hand.Not too hard to fill.Clear, you can see what is in it.That it's BPA, PVC and Phthalate FreeThe price.Dislikes/could use some improvements:Sometimes the lid does not close all the way or you don't know if it has. If it gets dropped or thrown the lid opens and the contents splatter all over. If they fix this problem, I would give it 5 stars!There is still quite a bit of food left even if it looks empty compared to the disposable pouches, it kind of hides in the lid area.I wish it was a little bigger, maybe 5 oz or 5.5 ozs.

Perfect for on the go snacks. I use for my 8month old. We don’t travel without one!

Bought these cause my 2yr old eats yogurt and apple sauce out of them. We have an older version that we were totally in love with but these new ones are terrible. The top pushes together to close, there is no snapping action or locking or screwing to insure the pouch is closed or stays closed. The pouch itself is small, definitely not 4oz and overall we are very disappointed. Heed the advice of the bad reviews and buy something else. These pouches are not worth trying. You will get spills and splatters.

I gave bought this brand in the past a wascteally please, but this design is different. Rather than the top screwing on, it snaps. It is hard to get snapped down properly and will pop off randomly. I re-ordered these with a screw on lid.

We've had these for a little over 6 months now, and love them for our 2 year old daughter. After mixed reviews, I decided to go for these. Personally, I think they are well worth it. If I want to pack a healthy snack for my daughter on the go (i.e. greek yogurt instead of a sugar-loaded yoplait gogurt), these are great.I do agree with the reviews about trying to get all of the food out; once it gets down to the final bit, I have to help my daughter get the remainder b/c you really need to squeeze up against the top to get everything.Filling them is a bit annoying too - it takes a while if you try to do it with a spoon, but I find that using a cheap plastic baggie (or an icing bag), you can cut off the corner and squeeze the contents in pretty easily.As far as the top popping off, you just have to make sure it's snapped on securely. If you give it a good push and hear is click, it will not snap off. I could see where the screw-on cap might annoy a smaller child, but it hasn't bothered my daughter at all.Finally, the cleaning. I rinse them with hot water before putting them in the dishwasher. If anything gets stuck along the top, I just close them up, full with hot water, give them a good shake and empty out before the dishwasher.

Easy to use and clean.

I was really hopeful that these squeeze packs would work and save me money. My toddler likes the squeeze packs on trips and when we are out and about. These are a little hard to fill. But what really detracted from them was the fact that the lids open easily and make a mess when my child uses them. I would not recommend.****After i posted this review a rep from BooginHead contacted me and informed me that they had fixed the lid problem int he second round of production. I got a sample of the fixed version. The lids do stay in place a lot better! I can actually use this product now. The lid still slips off but not as easily as before, so it isn't so messy. I kind of like these now!

Le produit général est bien pensé et mon fils l'adore.Plus besoin d'acheter des purées en sac similaire comme dans les magasins à 1$ et plus. Peux mettre tout ce qui a une constance liquide et épaisse, bebe gère bien 😊L'inconvénient principal est le bouchon, très difficile à laver et parfois je dois le laver plus de 2 fois pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises odeurs qui émane du bouchon.Pour le prix je m'attendais à un contenant style de silicon, mais à la place est un genre de plastique épais. Comme il est facilement lavable cela n'est plus trop inconvénient.

Great idea and really easy to clean but after first wash the green main lid doesn't close properly and easily opened.

I disliked it because it always opened in my sons lunch kit and made a huge mess.
