I love he pan! I don’t received one a few days before, as a gift! I returned this a few weeks ago, along with my Sketchers. I received the refund from the Sketchers, but not the pan! Both were in the same box! Can you help?

First time I cooked eggs in it, they stuck, even though I coated both sides with oil. Second, FINAL time I cooked salmon, and it stuck and the coating came off into the salmon. Threw both the salmon and pan into the garbage. Would love a refund.
