As expected
This was purchased as an emergency fire starter that was placed into a dry fireproof container and added into my 'what-if storage' Since this was bought as a long term emergency storage item, I did not want to open it and break the seal. It is packaged well and other people who have tried it talk about its ability to start fires. From there, I am just trusting things as it is marked.

Useful for my gradeschool class
My class got a lot of mileage out of the number of indoor experiments that can be safely conducted using this chemical. If you are not familiar with it or are not trained in chemistry, it does stain and my kids are gloved when they use it. Be careful what you mix it with - for example, it can start a fire if mixed with glycerin.
