Just like the sugar version. Yummy!
It’s amazing what they can do with sugar substitutes. Even my very picky wife said they tasted like the full sugar product. These help keep me on my keto, low carb eating program. I get, say, maybe 2 or 3 from the cupboard to put beside my recliner as I watch TV. Sometimes I can stop at just one because they fill your mouth with so much minty sweetness. The chocolate is hefty, like the regular version. I put these on my subscribe list to get 2 bags every couple months.

Product is Delicious but does contain MALTITOL
I have one of these with a cup of coffee. They taste just like you would expect, a peppermint patty. No weird aftertaste at all. This price is unbeatable also. If you like peppermint patties and want sugarfree, these are for you. I will warn however that there is MALTITOL in them, even though the packaging would lead you to believe it's sweetened with "Stevia Extract exclusively". Which, in my opinion is misleading. I suppose they are allowed to package it this way simply because stevia extract is used in the product.....But, so is MALTITOL. (A laxative for some people if you eat too much) (See the pics below)

Better than York
These sugar-free chocolate mints are much better in texture and flavor than Sugar-Free York peppermint patties. York is dense and harder to melt in your mouth in comparison. While Russell's is lighter in texture, easy to bite into or melts perfectly in your mouth. The mouth appeal of these mints is better than most chocolate brands, and cannot be overstated.

Excellent taste
The Russell Stover mint patties are excellent. I am pre-diabetic and working hard to keep from being diabetic. These taste delicious and cut my cravings for the things I shouldn’t have.

Incredible Taste and Texture
You would never know these were sugar free. I am so happy they are sweetened with stevia and not maltitol. The chocolate and the mint are spot on and very fulfilling when you’re a diabetic craving a sweet. Very expensive but when you can’t have sugar you don’t have a choice. Highly recommend.

Great little treat!
The sugar free version of the peppermint is very similar to an original peppermint treat. They have a little chocolate biscuit on the bottom.
