Zebco Outcast Monofilament Fishing Line

Don't use these for fishing, actually use it for making strong necklaces. Like it so much I used the entire last roll, and this is my second. Good strength.

Deer were eating our red Japanese maple trees and hydrangea shrubs. I placed t-posts around each tree and shrubs and then strung this clear line around the posts. Deer bump into it as they lean in to eat the trees and then scurry away because they don't know what it is. It's the most effective deer deterrent I've found for the small maples.

Very durable and strong I couldn't break it with my hands. Very stable and strong line. My reel held the whole 225yrds and it cast very smoothly. Highly recommend it

I ordered this so I could fix my wooden wind chimes. The flimsy string on the chimes did not hold up well in Oklahoma wind. I t fell apart! I restrung it with this fishing line. Worked like a charm in 60 mph wind.

I'm giving this three stars despite the line doing the job I bought it for perfectly, because I bought it specifically as backing for braid. In that regard, it's absolutely fine. But if I expected to use this as main line I'd be terribly disappointed. It's very stiff and clearly has a ton of memory. I have some Berkley Trilene mono next to be while I write this and if you told me they were made out of entirely different materials, I'd believe you. They feel different, come off the spool different. Trilene mono isn't exactly expensive either, but it's clearly much better line. If all you want is backing line, this is extremely cheap and will do the job. Perfect for that. If you want main line you're actually going to cast and retrieve, get something else.

I actually bought this to use as a way to put it thru blanched veggies for my fish. Gonna use a binder clip to tie it to and secure binder clip at top edge of aquarium so when fish r done eating it's easy to just pull it out no mess or putting arms deep in water to retrieve leftover food etc
