This electrolyte powder is the only one I have found that has minimum amount of sodium, but with plenty of potassium and magnesium. I don’t know why all the other brands add so much sodium since we already get so much of that in our diet!! I always feel much better after taking this electrolyte supplement and I highly recommend it! I get the unflavored option since I am sensitive to citric acid.

It dissolves well into cold liquid and tastes like any electrolyte mix. Glad to have an unflavored option so I can add my own flavors and sweeteners

I ran out pretty quick and was only using the scoop provided, using one scoop per day, and it had been a little over a month since I opened it. In the past, I used this product a lot so I reordered and so decided to test the volume. I opened the brand new one using the scoop provided and painstakingly measured out how much was inside and turns out that it's literally about 35-37 servings depending on how full the scoop is. Very disappointed and going to write to the company. This is way too expensive for only 35ish days so this will be my last purchase. UPDATE Wrote the company and after one initial response they are no longer responding. Disappointed with not only the product false advertisement, but the customer service. I had been buying this stuff for years, before the new packaging etc. but now am no longer a customer. Save yourself some money and buy ingredients separately.

After 45 days of being Keto & intermittent fasting I had lost nearly 30 pounds, & I felt ... well, OK... but then all of a sudden I started feeling like absolute garbage for like a week or so. I was very lethargic, moody, and actually had some very low moods bordering on depression like feelings which is not like me at all. I was very careful my first three weeks on Keto to supplement with Salt, Magnesium and Potassium, but then figured my body had adjusted so I stopped the Potassium all together as I eat a healthy Keto diet. I literally came home one night and said to myself, if I still feel this crappy tomorrow I am quitting Keto and will be adding in some sweet potatoes and going more towards Paleo. Well, the next morning, after doing some research the light went on! I WAS actually low on Potassium and needed to supplement more regularly on a Keto diet. I had just half a scoop that morning and within 15 minutes I felt significantly better... and now? Holy smokes! I am rocking it. I take just a scoop in water in the morning and maybe another later in the day but not usually. (It is important to spread out doses). Can I just tell you it is a GAMECHANGER! I feel like all the other benefits of Keto besides losing weight are now coursing through my body... Energy! Clear Head! Happiness! This stuff really helped me and I do not write many reviews. If you are on Keto it is very possible that you will need to supplement potassium on a daily basis to some degree to feel your best. I take the one without flavor to avoid Stevia during fasting windows and it takes a few glasses to get used to the taste but I barely even thing about it anymore. I am so grateful that I figured this out and did not quit Keto before seeing the true amazing benefits!

The electrolyte mix itself is a good formulation and for me personally it comes pretty close to the exact sort of support I need on a daily basis. It's worth noting however that you truly are paying for convenience here. The individual ingredients can all be acquired in bulk at a low cost. For an upfront investment, one can make an exact replica of this with whatever adjustments they want, for a tiny fraction of the cost. The catch is if you wanted to produce a large quantity of pre-blended evenly distributed powder, for that you need real equipment and a real investment. Still might be worth considering if you need this regularly, though.
