Is this the type of coffee that I need to make a latte’?

Absolutely! I make Latte's with these pods all the time!

Does it say anywhere on the box how many ounces of water you are supposed to use?

I have an espresso Keurig machine and I use the “shot” button which I believe is only 4 oz. of water. Makes a great espresso, as well as cappuccino and latte.

Is this the same version they serve at Olive garden? If not does anyone know what they serve?

Here's what I believe to be true right now. Olive Garden is offering Lavazza espresso as a drink, but I don't believe that is their 'house coffee' and I couldn't tell you if it's the same blend as here on Amazon. Prior to 2020, S&D coffee supplied Olive Garden (at least in some areas, maybe chain wide). In 2020, S&D was purchased by Westrock Coffee. Caffè la Toscana, as provided by another answer, is just a name owned by Darden companies (the parent that owns Olive Garden, among other restaurants). It basically translates to Coffee of Tuscany, so they can apply that to whatever coffee they pick. I've been looking for the brand, or something close, in K-Cups also, but haven't found it exactly. I like Caffe D'arte's Meaning Of Life blend--it's close, has that smooth flavor. Next, I'll be trying Cafe Bonini's Tuscan Breakfast Blend. Good luck with your search, but most of all, enjoy the coffee along the way!

Just wondering if anyone else got these with pods open and or damaged? mine came with multiple pods damaged in the sealed box.
