It is okay type with some compromises
When I received the item, all looked fine. However, the main purpose for this purchase was to replace my existing leaky pipe. The metal valve that is tightly connected to tap is alloy and the reason the screw thread that holds it firmly to the tap was loosened during installation. The thread got cut. I had to use my old pipe metal valve that was stainless steel. On top of that, I installed the new pipe and it worked fine. However, in a Highrise, where the water pressure is very high, these alloy valve will not work. It has to be of pure metal like iron with nickel plating or stainless steel or brass, else it does not work and the thread would cut and your cannot tighten it.
