Seller replaced for some of the defective and missing parts from the projector screen order
Contacted supplier and they sent a free packet for my use. Some of the accessories that came with the projector didn't work well and there weren't enough of the hanging clips. I've yet to use them but there's plenty of parts in this kit that I'm sure I'll be able to fix my projector screen.Highly recommend the seller for their prompt response and action. I also highly recommend their projector setup. Not only is it cheap but it works MUCH better than those with grommets. MUCH BETTER. Needless to say I will be buying more of the screen as gifts when I travel back to Laos.

black loops are garbage, failed in less than a month...
Brittle plastic black loops crack when installed, screen dropped less than a month after!!!!!!

Great backup set
Purchased for purpose intended but found that the extra clamps came in handy for adding extra support to our screen.
