Did anyone actually use this pack for more than a day trip? Seems like all reviews are just pros that barely tried it on.

I used it to travel to Asia for a month but it felt heavy even with barely anything in it on my bag but waist straps alleviated the weight a little bit. I guess this bag is not for a slim frame petite person. I am female. 5ft 3 inches 107 pounds. I think I will go back to using my roller carry on luggage for overseas travel and use this only for short trips like hiking or camping.

Does this pack have a frame such as aluminum stays or a plastic framesheet to support a heavy load?

I don't think that it does. But, I use it quite often to carry my clothes and phone to and from work,plus,I use it to carry my groceries home from shopping so I know that it can contain a lot of stuff even if some of that stuff tends to be a bit heavy. If you treat it right,it will take care of you.

Are the dimensions provided correct? those dims will be about 20l, not the 50l it claims. size: 23.2 x 13.4 x 3.9 inches.

I own an Osprey Stratos 34L and the overall dims are 22.4H X 11.8W X 12.2D IN. Maybe they meant 13.9" not 3.9".
