Do not buy this product it doesn't work had it replaced twice both times didn't work
I ordered this product the first time I got it pulled it in the base got very hot the top where you would put your Bakhoor game warm at best. Mind you I normally use a small white candle that's all the heat that is needed. This device didn't even produce that amount of heat. I was thinking oh I just got a bad one let me order a replacement. Receive the replacement same results the stand get hot but the top where you would put your Bakhoor it's warm at best

I used it to burn an Oud piece of about 2 inches long and half inch width; it took a very long time to release the scent, which was pleasant but a very limited release of the scent while the incense burner overheated.

It worked 2 days and stopped. Light is on but doesn’t get hot or warm
It worked for 2 days and then stopped working. The light is on when it’s plugged in but it does get warm or hot as if the electric is not on. It’s a disappointment!

Excellent Bakhoor Burner
We tried and it is absolutely wonderful. It also look very beautiful. It has tongs that can help you in better handling of the incense.
