GreenPan Mini Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 5" Round Egg Pan, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Stay Cool Handle, Mint Green

This pan is perfect for me. It’s small (5”) but works great with one egg. I think it looks very attractive and I appreciate that it is well made and balanced. I followed the directions—preheat on low before adding butter or oil (no cooking spray as it ruins the nonstick finish). I did everything exactly as directed and had perfect nonstick results. It helps that I am an experienced cook. Cooking eggs using any method can be challenging for beginners no matter what the utensil used. My little egg pan was just large enough to cover the flame on my gas stove burner. I used the lowest possible setting throughout. About midway, I covered the pan with a small square of foil to serve as a lid. This helped cook the egg just the way I like it—sunny side up. I used a small silicone spatula to nudge it onto my plate…the directions say to use nonabrasive cooking utensils as hard surfaces can damage the nonstick surface. The pan is not scratch resistant. The photos in negative reviews are a result of high heat, lack of cooking know-how, and not following the instructions. I hand wash my little egg pan and store it in its cute manufacturer’s box to protect it. I expect it to last for years. It has no odor, works as advertised and is a great value for the money. I love my little egg pan! I intend to use it to make myself a burger, mini omelette, bagel sandwich, egg muffin sandwich and more creative ways to make a mini pancake. My only regret is not buying one sooner.

Works perfectly, I just use it to fry eggs, it’s easy to clean. No scratches so far and I’ve used it many times already.

One of the best pans I've ever used. It's actually fun. You can even fit two eggs in it. Great for egg sandwiches or a quick scramble. I really love the nonstick coating - it seems solid and is not flaking or peeling at all.

Seems to be good quality. The insulated handle is great. Perfect size for an egg or 2. With the small round size, the eggs fit perfectly on a bagel or English muffin.

Perfect size for me. Easy to care for and its attractive. Too bad it doesn't have a lid.

This amazingly looking egg pan blows!! Holy cow sooo bad so expensive i switched up my imusa 5inch egg pan to dry thos terrible mistake this thing suck! You cant even make over medium eggs with out the eggs spilling out every time drippin Down the pan buring egg smell is a pain in the ass ... do they even make eggs in the pans before they sell .. worst egg pan ever dont waste money to small

Quality: Doesn’t work on induction

Works great, truly non stick, super easy to clean. Quality made and materials, price is high. It fit's one egg perfect, too perfect. If you like your egg sunny side up it's perfect. But if you want to flip your egg there is no room to get your spatula under and it often folds over instead of a perfect flip. My first 2 eggs were a mess, the third one was fine. Maybe it just takes some practice on my end.
