Excellent for restless leg syndrome 🙃
I consume a scoop of this every night and it has solved my restless leg syndrome symptoms. It doesn't make me sleepy but does allow me to rest so I can fall asleep faster without the lightning in my legs and feet. The taste is unique and very good. My teen likes it too. This does NOT mix well. It clumps up and I get globs in my mouth. Thank goodness it tastes good or else this would be a bad review. I mix it with water and drink 40 mins before I lay down. It really works well in allowing your body to rest. Love it.

Results Are Better Than the Flavor 😂
This magnesium has been great for recovery and sleep, and I’ve noticed a real difference since adding it to my routine. The reason for 4 stars is the taste and mixability. It doesn’t taste very good in plain water and tends to settle at the bottom. I usually mix it into my nightly protein shake, which makes it much easier to drink. Great product overall, but I wish it mixed and tasted better.

Long time user - big fan
I have been using this product for years and love it. I have a lifetime challenge with leg cramps from a childhood disease and magnesium pills/tablets were not doing the trick. This formulation is highly absorbable and works great. I like to blend it into herbal teas I brew for ice tea and its very enjoyable, though its fine by itself too. It takes a while to absorb into liquid. I have found it best to make my brew a hour or so before I consume it to give it time to absorb into my drink. I have actually gotten into the habit of brewing and blending the night before for the next day. This routine works great for me, but you don't need that long. Do shake/stir before drinking. I highly recommend this product!

WARNING: Contains Maltodextrin
Liked this until I realized it contains maltodextrin. Why would you put maltodextrin in what is packaged and branded as a natural product? What a shame. I won't be purchasing it again.
