BUY THESE!! These are probably temporary fixes, as I would suggest getting new outlets at some point for safety. But for me, they are working PERFECTLY until I replace the outlets. I just moved into a home I just purchased, and EVERY outlet was loose! I had no idea because the homeowners had their TV plugged in when I came (and they were always here - still living there - when I visited so I couldn’t freely observe things). I hired a carpet cleaning company to come tomorrow and when I went to vacuum the floor, I noticed the outlets were so BADLY loose! Like making my vacuum flicker in and out, plug falling out loose. It was BAD. And so I went around testing the outlets and SO MANY were like this!! 😭 I was mad! These snug plugs help SO MUCH, not even kidding! Turned loose af outlet into something useable AND ***SAFE!!*** I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase, especially because I was nervous from the mixed reviews. But this works excellent. I will say, when you first try to put the plug in after inserting a snug plug, it’ll feel really tight - as if you have the wrong side of the plug in. But rest assured, that’s the way it should be, and it will keep your item SECURED in the outlet! I am so so so satisfied and grateful somebody made this, it came in the clutch and now I won’t have to send the house cleaner away for the third time (first time remodeling guy wasn’t done, second time no gas/electricity, third time thankfully won’t happen!) So, yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESEEEE LIKE GET THEM THEY WORK, THEY ARE SO GOOD! I almost got the clear ones but figured at night the glow in the dark will actually help me see where the outlet lines are hahahah. Ten for $10 isn’t bad when these keep your house in a much safer condition. I am happy with my purchase. Pictures are showing without/without, with/without, and with/with.

UPDATE: Worked perfectly on day 1 - so perfectly I was giddy and practically dancing, thinking my nightly fight trying to vacuum that space was over. But, then on Day 2: Nothing. So I played with it. Still nothing. Knocked it on the floor twice and, predictably, took a long time to find it because it's clear and I couldn't see it... Finally gave up, going back to me bending the plug wire, leaving the plug hanging 3/4 of the way out of the outlet. I WISH these continued to work like on Day One, but they didn't. Still, the outlets I have a problem with have really needed replacing for a long time. You may STAY lucky after day one so these may work for YOU. ... but, flimsy or not, they WORK. I'm planning to replace all the problem outlets in my 1915 house next spring, however... Every day I have to clean a part of my house I call The Cat Area and that means vacuuming. And every day I have to fight to get the hard floor vaccum to run after repeatedly fighting with the outlet/plug connection. It's an exhausting daily hair-pulling experience. I'd been at my breaking point for some time when I saw these featured in one of those SmartNews roundups of great household gadgets/devices and I clicked the link. Didn't take much convincing. They don't look like much, and how you install them in a polarized outlet (one "prong" is wider than the other) matters. If you have to fight with it, flip it around and try it upside down. I installed two in the problem outlets (BOTH are loose), turned on the vacuum, and... PERFECT CONNECTION! You'll love these if your problem outlets are easy to get to. If not, you may have issues when you need to UNplug anything because these sit loosly in the outlet so you need to carefully unplug whatever you've plugged-in so these don't go flying! And These are colorless, so you may never find one if you lose it - and the price is kind of high for ten (five outlet pairs...), so you wan't want to lose them! Had to knock off a star for the price because they don't stay put and you could probably make them yourself if you have a very thin sheet of plastic and you're thus motivated. I'm not, so I'm very pleased.

They work as described, but I don't see the appeal of the glow in the dark functionality. Unless you have these sitting in sunlight for a while or by a light bulb for an extended period of time you're not going to experience the effect. They're a decent value, but not a good value. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion for what you get as just plastic shims to put into an outlet which by the way is not a permanent solution. They do fit well in my outlets, but it's because it's a plastic shim and you can make anything fit with this type of form factor.

Did the job, no problemo. Just try to find a small jar to keep the unused ones in. Otherwise, you will never find them again!

I ordered these Snug Plugs because I'm living in an older home (built in the late 50s) and some of the outlet plugs are a loose fit for my appliances. The Snug Plugs are easily inserted and work for the most part. However, there are certain items like my phone charger brick that will not work while using these plugs. I really wish they would make these plugs in a color that could be easily seen, because they usually pull out when I remove whatever was plugged in. Because they are clear, I can't always see where they fall, and I have lost several of them that way. In summary: They are helpful, but also aggravating to use and do not work in every instance. I'm hoping to find a better alternative for my next purchase.

Fits pretty snug in the outlet plug, so it’s an easy install. It doesn’t just slide out which is good. Haven’t gotten to use it yet with one of my appliances but I’m sure it’ll keep the plug from sliding out. For the price I would purchase again. Been looking for something like this.

Es de esas cosas que crees que no necesitas, pero ya que lo tienes, te resuelve la vida. Creo que el hecho de que brillen en la oscuridad no sirve para nada porque siempre va a taparse con el mismo enchufe o adaptador que conectes, pero pues tampoco le hace daño 🤷🏻‍♂️ Recomendadísimos!

If you travel you know that Hotel rooms etc have the loosest, worst outlets on planet earth. Although The price is too high for these plastic clips but they work really good. My adapters stay put easily. A small file or screwdriver to carefully pry them out after is handy. They are awesome!
