Instant Relief
FIRST IMPRESSIONSI was concerned with how small these looked when I took them out of the package (I ordered according to the sizing on the box) but they fit perfectly! The fabric of these compression gloves is lovely and soft. The stitching all seems strong and all the seams lay flat so they won’t dig into your skin and cause irritation. There is a care label on the inside of the wrist that will probably need to get cut off if it starts to bunch. GENERAL FEEDBACKThe gloves were a bit hard to get on but that is probably because they’re brand new. My hand is just a smidgen over 3 inches wide at the knuckles so I ordered small and it was exactly the right size. The moment the glove was on, I felt almost instant relief from the pain in my knuckles and fingers. The gloves are designed with a left and right hand, rather than a interchangeable shape, which means that they fit properly around the thumb. I really like how the length of the fingers on the gloves comes up so high, providing extra warmth and comfort for the middle knuckle and a bit of the top knuckle too. Keeping the finger tips exposed means that I can type and pick things up without worry. The wrist opening is stitched with a zig-zag seam which should help it keep its shape and not stretch too much. The glove comes about 2 inches down onto the wrist so it provides support to that joint as well.Because the fabric is mostly cotton, it breathes well and doesn’t leave you with clammy hands. When needed, hand wash in cold water and air dry so that the elasticity doesn’t go out of them, and they won’t shrink. With cold weather, I struggle to use my mouse and keyboard at times due to joint pain in my knuckles and wrist. Using these gloves enables me to use my computer comfortably again and I don’t need to keep taking anti-inflammatories.

keeps hands warm
Having arthritis and carpal tunnel I certainly have problems working with my hands. I am an artist and need to deal with the pain on a daily basis. These gloves keep my hands warm, are a dead-on fit and are very comfortable. They don't seem to be very constricting (I was looking for something that had compression aspects) but are good to sleep with to keep your hands warm. Even though they aren't quite what I was looking for, they are good quality and handy to work with. Hem stitching seems to snap easily and needs to be mended but it seems that any of these gloves no matter what brand they are, have this problem. I will use them occasionally, mostly at night or under outside gloves/mittens. I also found isotoner fingerless gloves that work more to what I was after. If you're looking for warmth and not compression I do recommend them. I love fingerless gloves. Makes work bearable.

Great for Raynaud's!
I have Raynaud's Disease (secondary - came along with Lupus) and even in the summer, my hands are constantly cold. I was getting daily Raynaud's attacks in which I lost almost all blood flow to my hands and they became so cold that they were painful before I bought these gloves. They help so much! They seem to stimulate blood flow enough to keep me from having an attacks. These are great "summer weight" gloves for someone with Raynaud's to wear while just going about their life.I also have joint pain in my fingers from Lupus, and these gloves also help to reduce my pain, although that's not even what I originally bought them for! I attend college classes online, and I have to do a lot of typing and computer work because of that. I always wear these gloves now while I work at my computer, and they make such a difference! Hardly any pain, even after hours of typing! For those wondering about size: When I measured my hand as it says to on the picture of the box, I was between a size small and medium. Everyone always tells me how small my hands are, but I have chubby fingers, so I was worried the small wouldn't fit. I ordered the small ones anyway. They definitely were tight when I first put them on, but I believe that they're supposed to be tight. If I had gotten the medium, they probably would not have been as effective. I agree with other reviews that they stretch out over a few days to fit your hands perfectly! The material of these gloves is soft and durable. The heather grey color is beautiful, in my opinion, and it makes them slightly more "stylish" than other gloves I've seen, which is nice for a 23 year old girl who has the circulation problems of a much older woman. The finger tips end right at the second joint on my short fingers, and I find this to be the perfect length for typing, using my phone, and other day to day activities.

comfy!
Made of sturdy material compared to a name brand that fell apart on me the first few times I wore them. In my case, having had a wrist fracture and surgery, I was wearing it to reduce swelling at night. The seam did make an impression that lasted way too long and so with the advice of my therapist, I use the other glove and turn it inside out to avoid this situation. I'm not saying this will be your experience but....in my opinion, these gloves are your best bet!

A Little Tight!
I found them to be a bit tight, which makes them less comfortable than expected. I would have gone up a size if I had known.

fcosaltares

They are exactly as described- good value arthritis gloves
Great gloves, better prices are offered on these than on the various "craft" gloves I have looked at, and they essentially do the same thing. I actually prefer the grey colour of these over the insipid beige/ cream colours of craft gloves, and these come as a PAIR - very important because I would assume most everyone would hope to purchase a pair rather than a single glove. ( You, reader, are probably laughing at my blatantly obvious statement of this I am sure- but trust me, compression gloves sold as artists or craftsman gloves often only come with one single glove, while charging the same price... which is ridiculous, yes I know.) I ordered the small - unusual for me as I have fairly large hands for a woman - but I followed the sizing directions and measured my hands across my palm at the base of my knuckles, and sure enough the gloves fit exactly as the measurement guidelines described, which I appreciate.Overall the knit quality of the material is very durable, and the end stitching is holding up nicely and not fraying like another brand I purchased. These work well for their intended purpose - they help my knuckles from getting as stiff and swollen when I am working, and they also have the added benefit of preventing graphite or ink lines from smudging/ staining my hands.Would recommend these to anyone looking for a light compression glove to help relieve arthritis/ carpel tunnel pain. Added benefit for artists is that the soft knit material of the glove keeps the oil from your hands from transferring to paper, and helps keep your hands free of ink.
