This compression tank top does what it is supposed to. It certainly has a slimming effect. Fabric is what you would expect. Feels OK. Quality is even a little better than you might expect. My only real criticism is that it doesn’t stay put. I do find myself constantly pulling it down throughout the day. Still, for the price, not a bad product.

Bought this for hubby who has degenerative discs in lower back. The compression helps him throughout the day when he sits for long periods or even when he walks more than he wants. He is 5.8 around 250 lbs. I purchased XXL. The tank is long enough to cover the lower back and still be tucked into pants without the worry of rolling up and out. He likes it and wears it 3 times a week. I prefer to wash by hand and hang it to dry hoping to maintain it’s elasticity and textile stability. I believe it will last . Glad I purchased it

I bought the shirt after reading a lot of positive reviews, most of them. And based on that, I decided to go for it. Some people said it was super hard to put it on, but for me it was super easy, not hard at all. As soon as I received the shirt and saw it, I knew it was going to be kind of loose, not exactly, but I was expecting much more compression. I'm 6'1" and 215, usually wear XL on my shirts, so decided to order the L, but is not enough. I'm going to have to send this one back and order a size M. Another thing, it is loose on the bottom edge and it doesn't stay around your hips, after a while it was rolled around my waist. On the positive side, it is comfortable although you can start feeling kind of hot after a couple of hours, because it doesn't breath that much, but is not something that's going to make you stand in front of the air conditioned. Every person is different, but if you want my advice and if you really want to feel the compression for real, as it is supposed to be, I would tell you to go 2 sizes down of your regular one, that's what I'm going to do. If your skin is even slightly damp, this thing will grab under your armpits and refuse to move. At that point, pulling it down becomes a two-person job. If no one is around, you are officially stuck. The first time I put it on, I got tangled up so badly it took me five full minutes to get out of it. I was laughing so hard I could barely breathe—which is ironic, because once it’s on, breathing is actually fine. Once It’s On Once you get past the wrestling match, the results are impressive. It slims everything down, holds you in nicely, and doesn’t feel restrictive once it’s properly positioned. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is to wear, even for extended periods. One important technical note: If your underwear is made from a similar slippery compression material, things will slide around more than you’d like. I recommend regular underwear underneath—learned that one the hard way. Taking It Off Putting it on is the first hardest part. Taking it off is the second hardest part. Go slow. Don’t force it. This fabric is strong, but if you yank on it like you’re trying to escape a straightjacket, it will rip. Treat it with respect and it’ll last. Build Quality The material feels very well made, thick, durable, and designed to handle serious compression. As long as you don’t rage-rip it off your body, it should hold up well. Final Verdict Does it work? Absolutely. Is it hilarious the first time you use it? Yes. Will it make you look better in clothes? Without question. I would buy it again if I needed to—hopefully I won’t, because I plan on keeping this one intact. If you’re an older guy trying to look your best and don’t mind a brief wrestling match with modern fabric technology, this does the job. Watch out, ladies—here I come.

The Old shirts with the tag at the bottom were tight and long. The new ones with the tag at the neck are loose and short. If this is how it is now, I need to find a different brand rather than risking getting junk again.

Ordered XL far too small, I'm 44in chest and 37in waist, no way it was going to fit, reordered XXL.
