I see in reviews pictures the Small spatulas are just one side not like the pictures have spoon from the other side?

There's a larger spoon type and a medium. A larger spatula type and a medium. A brush and a very useful long tool (don't know what to call it, a knife?) The tiny ones have a tiny spoon on one end and a spatula on the other. The large and medium spoon type's tip is flexible so it doubles to some extent as a spatula. The whole combination is very useful whether you're sculpting concrete or icing a cake and lots in between.

Is there a steel cord to the spatulas?

The Longest orange one mini spatula is 11.9inch( 30cm) length.

Is there a steel core to thesespatulas?

No steel core, but the best storing, scraping, folding and getting that last lick of jam or frosting for your homemade cake. Highly recommended. I love these spatulas
