Great value for money
I bought this bike to be a cheap city/commuter bike. I replaced the seat, handlebars, and shifter right away. The seat it came with was rock hard. I replaced it with a seat which was softer and narrower. Replacing the seat was really the only thing I had to do to make it ridable. I did replace the handlebars because I wanted the style that curves back toward the rider and allows you to sit up straight. That made the ride much more comfortable. One benefit of this bike over other commuters is that the pedals are directly under the seat, allowing you to rise up to get leverage going up hill. The bike is a bit too tall for the step through design to be of much benefit, but it is nice for when I bike in my kilt. After a month, I had to adjust the shifter. That's pretty normal as the cables in the shifter and brakes stretch over time. For security, I added Abus Frame Locks (B00IYAYS56) to the front and back. These lock the wheel to the frame. If you order these, you also need the mounting brackets (B002WN91YY). I also added a security cable to lock the seat to the bike frame (B000NOTQ5S). These are great for quick trips, but if you're actually commuting with this bike, maybe parking on a college campus, movie theater, or church where you're definitely going to be staying for over an hour, you'll want something more secure (B06XCLTVPQ).

Okay for the price
Not an easy bike to assemble, front wheel hits foot when turning, very awkward to ride compared to other bikes

Handle bar keeps slipping out and turning whenever riding. Bike not safe. take it to a bike shop.
The media could not be loaded. Love the bike but I am not able to ride it.

Good Bike for Fitness
So this is not a stellar, light weight racing bike like my hubby’s, but it’s just right for me! It’s a nice bike with comfortable seat and handle bars. It’s a little heavy, but I like it because it feels like I’m getting a little ‘weight training’ in while riding long distances. I’m a gym rat, and wanted to add outside activities when the weather permits. I’ve ridden 11-13 miles daily and no issues. Can’t wait to continue!

Brakes are hard to get adjusted
I bought this for my friend so that she could ride it to work and didn't have to ride her expensive road bike. Assembly wasn't so bad but getting these brakes adjusted, so that one side or the other doesn't rub, is damn near impossible! I adjusted the screws and bent the spring arms, loosened the cable tension and I still am having issues with them. Other than that it's a great bike.

Looks nice but cheap
The aesthetic is great, but it's obvious how cheap the parts are. The handle bars are slightly askew to make the bike go straight and the instructions sent didn't match the bike. I did end up taking it to a pro and paying for assembly in the absence of instructions.
