How long am I supposed to keep this on? Do I leave it on all day or wash it off minutes after applying?

You’re supposed to leave it on, but it can cause irritation and dry skin. So maybe try 4-6 hours, rather than an entire 12-18 hour day. It also contains peroxide, which will bleach any fabrics that touch your face (shirts, pillowcases, napkins, couch cushions) so that’s another reason you’ll want to clean it off after a few hours.

Is this flammable? Just wanted to ensure no shipping it.

Google the ingredients and see if there are any chemicals that are potentially flammable... Better yet call or contact Neutrogena and ask them. I don't believe and I would certainly hope that there aren't any active flammable ingredients in this product.
