We periodically test for heavy metals and have not run into any issues with heavy metals such as lead and cadmium and other heavy metals in the cacao that we source.

How many servings are in this bag

OK - this is not as simple an answer as you seem to want, but I will try. It boils down to - are you using a French Press? brewing per cup? How big is the cup? How strong do you like it? For me -I found the bag was good for about 20 French presses worth of drink (about 24 -28 oz per press full) - You can impact the amount needed a huge amount by how long you let it "brew". I found little impact on bitterness levels by 8 minutes vs 4 minutes. it did have a lover depth and strength impact though.
