I am 45, but have been experiencing Perimenopause symptoms for about 2 years. I have other health issues, so I just assumed that those were side effects of my other conditions. Migraines, body aches, various cramps/pains throughout the body, extreme mood swings, severe fatigue, unregulated sleep cycles, etc. There are sooo many things that can go wrong when Magnesium is not sufficient in the body. So I decided to start having my Magnesium levels checked at 3 month intervals, over the last 9 months. Every time it was checked, the numbers kept getting lower and lower. I have a very strong background in working with herbs and supplements, so I immediately looked up Megafood to see what they had to offer. I chose the Grape Chews, and I am so happy with the results thus far! I ordered and received these on a Wednesday, and immediately started taking them. The recommended dose is 2 chews, once per day. You can split them up and do 1 in the morning and 1 at night, but I have chosen to take both of them after my evening meal. As I write this review, it is Sunday evening and I have already noticed some good results. A bit of deeper sleep. Not feeling so anxious. Legs definitely not feeling as crampy. As with most supplements, the anticipated timeframe for the full effect to surface is generally around 4-6 weeks, so I am glad to see that my body is already responding well to this supplement. Magnesium can be tricky, because it often causes undesired side effects in the stomach, such as nausea or diarrhea. But I knew with choosing Megafood that this was going to be a really well rounded formula that had minimal to no side effects. I have had some loose stools and a few headaches, but nothing overwhelming or completely bothersome. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Megafood as a company. These gummies taste good and are easy to chew and swallow. I alternate days of taking 1 or 2 because if I take 2 every day, I am kind of tired from being relaxed so much. Now thats me, so I don't know about others but I really like them.

These really work. I used these nightly, it calms me and makes me drowsy. It also improves my gut health and get things moving every morning. If you have a problem with this issue, this is your answer. I highly recommend these. I've been using Megafood for 3 months and have experienced no side effects. Great product.

You know the kind of review that says something like - my doctor declared I had 3 months to live, but I started taking such-and-such supplement and this year I will be competing in the Olympics. That kind of nonsense. Well, this is the second time I think I've actually noticed a difference taking supplements. First was vitamin B12, and then fish oil, and now I notice that I feel better, calmer somewhat taking Magnesium. I looked at my diet and Mg was one of things that was questionable, so I tried a little experiment with these gummies. Maybe I will switch to less expensive tablets because these are quite expensive, but as a test, I think they worked. Things that other people complain about such as the taste ... who takes vitamins for the taste? I don't care about the test, in fact if they taste too good you want to eat them as candy. My delivery had good packaging and everything was in order. I recommend if you check your diet and are borderline on magnesium, try supplementing it. Rated 4/5

they are alright if u want a tasty snack has a really good hint of grape at the start and the end kinda feels wierd but they taste pretty good i kinda felt a bit relaxed not really recommended for people who want the full effect of the vitamins

The product is good and it works, when you receive one while it's still good! I got this a week ago and immediately noticed an off taste. Had been having new GI effects since taking this new batch but the sticker said it was still good. The sticker Amazon had placed on it. I peeled that off and the product was months expired written on the actual bag. Luckily magnesium isn't toxic and it's likely just the additives that make up the gummy irritating my stomach- but still, not happy! I had been on a monthly subscription of this and have never had this issue?

I am going through Menopause and I do not like taking pills. The chews are flavorful, i.e., grape flavor is what it reminds me of. I have more tolerance for things and people that were irritating to me and I sleep better. Its better to subscribe and save ladies.
