Can it repair coupling joints?

It has worked great for us on coupling joints. It's a process, wear the gloves they provide and read the directions. It sets up just like metal. It's good stuff!!

I have a 3/4" copper pipe that is showing signs of a corrosion and may rupture soon. can i apply jb weld to delay this rupture?

Can it work on rusted outdoor galvanized steel irrigation pipe? It will be hard to sand it clean.

I don't think it will if it is not perfectly clean, I also waited until my pipe was completely drained I used it in the basement. It is great for that. If you can get the pipe clean it is worth a try. But if the whole pipe has issues you may discover another leak. I used a similar product they made many years ago, it lasted for 15 years and was part of plumbing that was cut out and changed to accommodate plumbing for a new sink. it lasted that long.
