Wow! I've lived in Jeff Davis parish all of my life. I knew it was bad but what I just read stunned me. I don't know what to say in this review.I knew that there was corruption on the local level in the parish but I had no idea it was that bad.It makes me so sick. I feel horrible for what happened to these women. No one should have to go through what these women went through. I hope and pray for these women and there families to find closer and justice.

This is very informative and worth the read. My heart breaks for the families of the murder victims. It’s the not knowing that’s hardest, there needs to be closure.

Intriguing, easy-to-read summary of theories and questions surrounding tragic murders. It will have you searching the Internet for the faces of those named. Prayers for the families of the victims.

Left me hanging. Ending just empty . Needed better sign off. What did papers say what did FBI or state police find in the end . Questions questions

I loved it & the author did the proper research on the case. I would like to see an addendum to this caee. It has not been solved; the killer/killers have never been caught but there has been some interesting updates to this case.

Thought I was going to read an expose on what happened to the girls that were murdered. This is mostly smoke, mirrors and gossip. I’m not sure how much of this is true. Seemed like the author was a little bent against law enforcement. Agenda? Expected more, but I only paid 2.99 so you get what you pay for I suppose.

This book rehashed information that was already known. Poorly written, the author kept using the words county and parish interchangeably, also the victims were referred to incorrectly. Glad I only paid $2.99

Great book. The murders happened at the corner store in my neighborhood. I knew all of the victims and this is a true tragedy especially since our law enforcement was involved in it.

I ordered this by mistake and don't know how to cancel it. I DON'T HAVE A KINDLE.
