Is the strap around the torso elastic or does it restrict breathing in high activity such as Running and training?

Will a baofeng f8hp ham radio fit? it is about 4.25" tall. description says 4.75" to 9" radios. still could make it work by twisting the hold down.

Do you have this exact radio harness but for the right shoulder?

DenaLHC The RCH-101ORU is designed for the upper left side of your chest, but we get a lot of individuals that just pull it over to right side to use. This right sided holster is currently unavailable , but if we keep getting the amount of requests for it. I’m sure the owner will produce them by summer. Thank you for the question! Holsterguy
