It's really big but it's a great juicer. I love it but will have to return it if I can't find a place for it in our small kitchen. It's too tall to put in a cabinet and would take up a whole cabinet if I stored it separated. Got it to make wellness shots. Making 10 ounces at a time with this big machine seems a bit much. But...it works really well. It extracts from ginger, turmeric, and beets!

I’d say it’s between a 3 and 4. Good for beginner juicers. Easy cleanup. Not too loud. Grinds ok. Only thing is the pulp is too wet, leaves too much juice behind. I don’t like being wasteful.

I purchased this juicer in January 2026 because I trusted the NutriBullet brand. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. One of the first issues I discovered was that the food pusher traps water inside the component. Because the water cannot be fully drained or inspected, I became concerned that moisture could remain trapped inside and potentially promote mold growth. Since this part comes into contact with food, I considered it a legitimate health concern. NutriBullet approved my warranty claim and agreed to replace both the pulp basin kit and the food pusher. However, they instructed me to call customer service to pay $7.99 for shipping. I called numerous times during their published business hours, but no one ever answered. I emailed several times asking for an alternative payment method, but I was repeatedly told to call the same number. Months later, NutriBullet informed me that my order had been processed, yet I never received the replacement parts. I was then told one part was on backorder for 3–4 weeks. Later, after finally reaching a representative by phone, I was told it would take approximately another 8 weeks before the parts would be available. The estimated delivery timeline kept changing, and I was left waiting for months without a resolution. When I requested a refund because I had completely lost confidence in the product and the company, NutriBullet refused because I had purchased the juicer through Amazon. I purchased this product in good faith and expected a company like NutriBullet to stand behind its products. Instead, I experienced months of delays, poor communication, and an unresolved warranty claim. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another NutriBullet product again, nor will I recommend this brand to anyone.

I give this juicer 5 stars even though I returned it. I used it once. It worked great. However, it was FAR too big for my small kitchen. It’s a little heavier and bulkier than what I was looking for. Initially I was looking for a citrus juicer, but somehow ended up buying this one. I peeled oranges, and it juiced very quickly. But unless you want to peel the ring AND tediously peel off all the pith (the white part), your OJ is going to taste bitter!! And our juice tasted very bitter. So there was a moment of why the heck did I buy this when all I wanted was a citrus juicer? Well, partly because I’ve owned a regular NutriBullet, and knew it would work. Plus I had owned an old Champion juicer back in the day….. And had a lapse in reality judgement. So if you’re looking for a good quality centrifugal juicer, this really does do the job well. The pulp was pretty dry…so it extracted ALL the juice. But if you’re like me, and were simply looking for a citrus juicer…….just know it’s a big machine (well made), and it’s not as easy to clean as a citrus juicer! That said, it wasn’t too difficult to clean as far as a centrifugal juicer. I’ve own two before, and they were a beast to clean. This one is marginally easier to clean and comes with a handy brush for the task.

The juicer is Ok , it is easy to clean,but I did not see any difference with other juicers ,it could not extract juice of hard vegetables like beetroot, I observed many pieces of the fruit, in the pulp mesh. I bought it for Rs.7999,on 07.July 2022 but within one week they are selling it for Rs.7290,…I don’t know how? I think Amazon should give me the desired discount.
