Works like a charm
I bought it for old school RuneScape. It works a charm, allowing me to thieve or high alch stuff while watching anime or playing another game on my steam deck. If you're considering getting one for the same reason, there's no time like the present. I didn't regret it and I don't think you will either.

Does work on Mac with no messing about
It does exactly what you'd expect but here's the things not mentioned. There are microswitches so the pedals do make a click when you press them. It's just a rebadged unit made by PCSensor, so to make it work on the Mac without setting it up on a PC first, just download the ElfKey software, plug in the pedal and it's automatically detected.

Great product
Easy to use, simple software interface and super durable. I have been stomping on mine for almost 2 years and it sill works and looks the same as the day I took it out of the box. Since bought a second one for my wife for when she is gaming. Great for freeing up a function or alternate key from your keyboard. I use mine as a modifier and as push to talk for Discord but can be used to create any key combo you want!

Does the job
It does the job and has not broken down on me even though I've been using it heavily. I would have given it a 5 star if the rubber pad beneath it didn't come out so easily. The original double sided tape used to hold it in place is too weak. Do note that the device will scratch the floor without the rubber pad. This problem was solved by replacing the double sided tape.
