Mr. Pen- Spiky Sensory Rings, 10 Pack, Jewel Tones

Summary: nice pain sensation, helps with skin picking and nail biting, small for adult fingers. (EDIT: the rings stretch to larger size. An easy fix for my issue, I’m amused I didn’t realize it sooner.) I bought these rings to assist in nervous system regulation and sensation replacement for skin picking and nail chewing. It’s successfully assisted in reducing urges and behavior. The ring would be better for adults if they were bigger in circumference. Wearing the rings results in blood being cut off and a cold finger. One ring broke after just a few hours of normal wear. The others are intact at this point (a couple weeks into wear). The colors are nice. Could use a little tweaking to make the rings larger so it’s actually wearable for adults, but other than that the rings do their job.

Love them, I can relax while watching tv now instead of feeling anxious . I had no idea these would help me this much

Took a star for paint already coming off one after only two days of use, but also I've been using it all day because it is a GOOD fidget if you are the right person for it. Do note its not a passive sensory fidget, you can't just casually leave it on your hand anywhere besides the end of pinky finger or it cuts blood circulation. But it feels good while being rolled across your fingers, the sensation is no worse than firmly pressing a cushioned hairbrush with rounded plastic tips into your hand. Not sharp, blunt. May slightly hurt against a damaged cuticle. If you do it constantly for too long your fingers may feel slightly tenderized

I got these as a neurodivergent person with OCD hoping they would be nice for me to have around. They now inhabit every nook and cranny of my life. There's two at work, one in my car, one in my wallet, two in the home office, and the rest dispersed between my various bags. They are so nice to roll around on the finger, and I am somebody that benefits from spiky-tactile sort of things for anxiety. They're subtle enough for me to work in a government agency and nobody care at all or really even notice that I'm fiddling with it. Completely quiet and lowkey. That being said, they do come apart sometimes! Two of them have popped apart, but it's not anything unfixable. You just retwist the whole thing, insert one end into the other while holding the twist, then let it untwist on its own and it's good as new. They have been such a great fidget for me that even them popping apart once in a blue moon isn't enough for me to bring it down to four stars.

Skin pickers these are for you! I have a dreadful habit of picking at the skin around my nails that I’ve been struggling with since I was a child. These rings are great for fidgeting and provide sensory stimulation that satisfies the urge to pick. I always carry one in my pocket but they get lost easily if I’m not careful, so it’s great to get a multi pack!

Im neurodivergent and was really hoping to love these. Unfortunately, they break SUPER easily. They're very affordable, so if you're okay with that, that's cool. I'd prefer a more durable stim toy than this one. I also wouldn't recommend these for kiddos since they break and can easily get sharp/dangerous.

My non-autistic daughter is a compulsive nail biter and cuticle picker, especially at school. I bought these for her and she loves them. She still bites her nails, but she’s not picking anymore, and her red a swollen finger tips have healed. She’s broken a couple but can twist them back together again, so not a big deal. They are tight, but she oddly enjoys the sensation. I’m glad they come in a 10 pack, because she’s already given some away to her friends who fidget and pick, as well. Best part.. THEY’RE SILENT!

These were a fun cute gift that didn't cost much. The colors were great. I am not sure I would buy them again but if this is the type of fidget toy you are looking for, I would recommend it. They are small but it seems they would be more durable then all the squishy stress toys.

These really do work! As an anxious nail picker - nails, surrounding skin and especially picking/peeling off gels :( causing sore, damaged skin and nails and the embarrassment of collecting a pile of your picked off gel nails on my desk :/ These are AMAZING!!! They really do prevent you from picking. I have worn one of these at my desk at home, in the office, work meetings and well as out and about shopping, in the cinema etc. All the places where the tendency to pick/fidget arises, and they have really helped me. They also act as a discrete reminder to not pick subconsciously. An additional benefit is that they definitely help you remain present and focused. I now have one with me at all times so I always have one when I feel the urge to pick. I have tried so many fidget options such as spinning rings etc, and this is the only thing that has helped. And so affordable at the same time, especially for a pack of 10! They are also very good quality and I feel they will last a long time. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a discrete fidget to help with nail/skin picking/anxious fidgeting!

Für die Schulklasse meiner Tochter war das zum "Geburtstag" eine KLEINIGKEIT.... DIE Kinder lieben es und nutzen es gerne, die Jungs hatten den 1. Ring schon kaputt bekommen bevor er am Finger war :-) aber alle Anderen lieben diese "Konzentrationshilfe"!

These are fantastic and so useful for anxiety. The bright colours are very helpful and stop me from losing them regularly.
