BEACON 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue - Fast-Drying, Crystal Clear Adhesive for Wood, Ceramics, Fabrics, and More, 8-Ounce

I have to admit that when I first bought this glue, I had a purpose for using it to make faux leather projects. I wasn't overly thrilled with how it was holding. It also seemed to reactivate when I would apply heat and cause everything to come apart. That being said, I started using it for paper and journaling projects and it works GREAT! So many people use glue sticks or PVA and I don't like that those types of water based glues curl your paper. So when I discovered that a lot of people use this glue for their paper projects, I was glad I had some on hand. One thing that I have noticed is that it does come through the fabric and it doesn't spread out well if you just apply it from the bottle. If it's used on fabric, it needs to be backed with something and spread out with a brush. It does have a little tackiness and dries fairly quickly but not so quick that you can't manipulate it a little before it sticks. There is a slight odor but it's definitely not as strong as some glues I've used before. It also dries clear but if you accidentally get some where you don't want it, you will see a shiny spot where it dried. I'd still recommend this glue for projects but do some tests on whatever materials you are planning to use this on to make sure it works for what you need.

I absolutely love this glue but there are two things that could be improved. Beacon could sell it in larger bottles for us heavy duty users and please make the bottles leak proof. This is the only glue that always leaks during shipping no matter who I ordered it from. This glue is not cheap and it's very disappointing to have some of it leaking all over the place. Seems like such a waste. No other glue I order leaks. Beacon shipped this order and the box was substandard and arrived crushed. The glue itself is fantastic for paper crafting. I use it to make journals and the glue holds everything together very well. I can use it for gluing practically anything in my craft room

This is my favorite glue. I have purchased it several times. It sticks so well and dries quickly. Easy to use bottle. But if it sits too long even with the cap on you sometimes have to clean the cap to get it to squirt out. Once you use this glue it will hands down become your go to favorite glue. Priced better than craft stores. Will continue to purchase this glue for every project that comes along.

Great product ; great company ; great price ! Will order again . Does not warp paper and stays exactly where you put it . Excellent for gluing fabric as well.

The best craft glue in my opinion! It does great with fabric, paper, and ribbon. Doesn't set super fast so you have a good few seconds to situate or move things if you need to and I normally always need to adjust lol! I used to use art glitter glue and if you've ever used that you know you can't order it in the colder months but you can order this glue all year round!! And the price is very reasonable. This is my second time ordering this and will continue to do so as I need it.

Okay, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because in many other past reviews the arrived with 1/3 of the glue oozed out into the Amazon box. I was taking a chance, but I thought the other reviews were long ago and I was sure this particular issue must have been addressed. Ok, I was wrong. It came missing 1/3 of its contents. BUT, as far as the actual product goes, it works fabulously. I used it to glue real dried pressed flowers to homemade cardstock greeting cards. Two things, it does dry clear, but VERY shiny and it definitely has an odor. Some users may not be able to handle the smell. I used it in a large ventilated room and it didn't bother me much. This glue is for small/medium size projects in a well ventilated room (just open your windows, really not too bad), it's really good to work with all sorts of surfaces. I highly recommend it. :)

This is by far my favorite crafting glue; especially for paper crafts. I find that other glues somewhat warp the paper; they don’t dry flat. (See pic, Beacon glue was used the flat ear; a different glue was used for the other ear that is lifted of the healing mat.) I’ve never had that issue with Beacon glue. It dries clear and within seconds dries quickly. A little goes a long way. I will mention to be careful when using on foil card stock, it will “melt” the color off. If you have excess glue on a craft I suggest to let it dry then rub it off. The DT store has a glue eraser that works wonders. Beacon glue was used on crafts in pics. I never worry about it falling apart. Also keep in mind it does have a strong odor which some may not tolerate. Happy crafting!

I am thrilled! This glue works perfectly with no warping on cardstock! I was able to put it in a needle nose bottle easily. The smell is faint and dissipates quickly. Little bit of a learning curve because it’s not wet but it is thin and drys quickly. Do not waste your money on that stupid BEAR glue this is what you want hands down. I promise you will not be disappointed!
