Bench Scraper, 6" Dough Scraper, Stainless Steel Dough Cutter, Kitchen Tool

This UUBAAR bench scraper and chopper is very nice and thoughtfully designed. I like the long blade guard, which adds an extra level of safety when storing it. The two-sided cutting edge is very useful, and the built-in measurement markings on one side are a great bonus. They make it easy to portion dough evenly and keep measurements consistent while baking or cooking. It feels sturdy in hand, works smoothly for scraping and chopping, and is easy to clean. A practical, well-made kitchen tool that’s quickly become a go-to for prep work.

Perfect bench scraper for bread making. I also really like the additon of the measurements on it.

Smaller than I thought but sturdy n easy to hold n cut with I used to chop cilantro n then scoop into bowl it did job well

UPDATE: I had originally given this 4 stars, because I didn't know how to use the safety guard and there were no directions. I've had this a few months and use it all the time. One day when I was dividing up biscuits with it, I looked at it and I looked at the hard plastic guard. DUH! I finally figured it out. All you have to do, is aim the tip of the blade into the "slot" of the plastic guard. Then, all you have to do is slide it flat and the cover is on. It really is handy, as it's both a safety feature and protects the edge of the blade from damage. Mainly, it protects your hand, if you have the blade in a drawer. I always put it back in its box, when I'm done. All in all, it's a pretty good little implement. I couldn't bring myself to give it 5 stars, because I just could not get the plastic safety guard on. If anyone has managed to do that, could you please post a picture.? In the meantime, I will just continue using it and then return it to it's box for storage, as I don't want to hit that blade with my hand, in the drawer. I like this to cut my cinnamon roll logs into equal pieces and several pastry uses.

All I can say is, it's a must have.

Simple, easy to use tool that I can't live without. This is one of those tools that I never really thought about but I use it all the time and has become a necessary tool in my kitchen. When cutting veggies or herbs we all love to use a good knife to cut them then scrape them off the cutting board with the same knife BUT that scraping can damage the knife and it doesn't work 100%. Cut with your fav knife then scrape the board with this tool, its easier, works better and saves your knife. You can chop with this but I still have my go-to cutlery for that! This is an inexpensive but overlooked utensil that will save you time in the kitchen.

Heavy duty & works great. And the measurements cheat sheet just makes it that much better. I highly recommend this.
