Well-Designed Bench Scraper with Handy Measurement Guide
This UUBAAR bench scraper and chopper is very nice and thoughtfully designed. I like the long blade guard, which adds an extra level of safety when storing it. The two-sided cutting edge is very useful, and the built-in measurement markings on one side are a great bonus. They make it easy to portion dough evenly and keep measurements consistent while baking or cooking. It feels sturdy in hand, works smoothly for scraping and chopping, and is easy to clean. Don't trust the first inch of the measurements.
It's great. One caveat: the first inch is 1 1/8 inches. The remaining inches are correct.

Handy to have in the kitchen
Easy to use and looks just like the ones the Coney Island chefs use. Not hard to clean just like with a knife, watch your fingers!

Every Kitchen Needs This!
Simple, easy to use tool that I can't live without. This is one of those tools that I never really thought about but I use it all the time and has become a necessary tool in my kitchen. When cutting veggies or herbs we all love to use a good knife to cut them then scrape them off the cutting board with the same knife BUT that scraping can damage the knife and it doesn't work 100%. Cut with your fav knife then scrape the board with this tool, its easier, works better and saves your knife. You can chop with this but I still have my go-to cutlery for that! This is an inexpensive but overlooked utensil that will save you time in the kitchen.

This is a great addition to any chef or want to be chef's kitchen. Very helpful in scooping up chopped veggies and nuts and also great for scraping bread dough off workspace.
