This is brilliant. One of my dogs has long hair, and it’s honestly more like hair than fur, so it can get a bit ridiculous if I don’t keep on top of it. This brush takes out an unbelievable amount of loose hair. The first time I used it I genuinely felt like I was creating a second dog from the amount that came off her. Horrifying and satisfying in equal measure. The really good thing is that it doesn’t seem to cause her any discomfort. She isn’t a dog who would politely suffer in silence, so I’d know about it if she hated it. Used gently, it gets through the coat really well and seems to remove the loose undercoat without pulling at her. It’s especially useful if you have a long-haired or heavy-shedding dog and want something that actually makes a visible difference. I wouldn’t go at it too aggressively, because it is clearly doing a proper job, but as a grooming tool it’s excellent. Very impressed. Effective, easy to use and slightly alarming in the best possible way.

Bought mainly for fur shedding times. My collie dog has quite short hair but the winter coat can be a pain to brush out. I find that by using a combination of both sides of this brush it is quite simple to detangle and remove most of the unwanted fur. It is gentle if used carefully and very well made. Very well priced especially compared to many quite useless brushes.

It definitely removes a lot of hair, I need to get the pressure right as I am worried I am tearing at his hair.

Excellent. Works really well on both my dogs. My little one has longer hair on the back of his legs and it’s always been a bit scruffy. I struggle to groom it because other brushes pull on it and he gets uncomfortable - this whipped through it and tidied it up in seconds.

Amazing! Would highly recommend bug use a deshedding spray too as the hair goes everywhere from static. Very easy to use. Has a great soft hold handle. It’s very very easy to clean. It’s not too light but it’s well distributed throughout the rake. Works very well alongside Dreamies treats!!

Excellent dog brush. Our labrador girl is shedding terribly at the moment and I was totally amazed at the amount of hair I got off her on first brushing ,would have made another dog. So comfortable a grip in your hand,very lightweight. Good quality sturdy brush. Well worth the cost. Have used various other brushes,none of which have worked as well as this. She is happier being groomed with this brush than she has ever been. Her coat looks so good after grooming and my carpets look more like carpets again. Best de shedding and detangling grooming brush ever. If you have a dog you need one of these brushes.

Dogs wouldnt let me use this, they like being groomed normally.

I have a long haired Ragdoll who does not like being brushed. She still wasn't loving this, but did seem to just about accept it. I managed to brush her for around 15 minutes, and this pile was about 80% of what was extracted - the rest was in different parts of my house as she kept moving around. Some of the hair gathers in the teeth and is easy to remove. The rest will just be loose and in my experience, on the floor, flying in the air, covering everything in site. The brush was easy to use and left her fur looking tidy, feeling softer and a lot smoother than before. The feels well made and sturdy. The only regret I have from buying this brush, is that I now know how bad of a cat parent I have been!

This arrived quickly and oh how good. We have tried at least a dozen different brushes and coat shredders on our German Shepherds over the years, but this is by far the easiest and best grooming brush we have used and bonus our Shepherds loves it or the attention, who cares the results are super fantastic.

This brush is amazing. I was skeptical as I've bought so many different kinds. This is the first one my dog didn't hate and it combed out her hair with no pulling. She has short, soft Bichon type hair mixed in with long, wiry terrier hair. She gets a lot of sheding hair stuck in with the non-shedding hair. She's a big baby and cries even when I pretend to brush to get her used to it. I won't say she was happy but she didn't cry and I managed to give her a thorough brushing.

works super well!! i have a persian cat who needs to be groomed regularly and this not only does the job, but does the job well! He also enjoys using it, will lay down and show me his tummy, which he doesn't do with regular combs. But again i cannot stress how much shedded hair it actually removes! Great product.

My dog is really fluffy and this tool desheds well.
