Clear Glass Soap Dispenser, Stainless Pump and Non Slip Coaster/Countertop Protector - 8oz Soap Bottle or Lotion Bottle

OK, it is kinda embarrassing to get excited about a soap/lotion dispenser, but this one is great. It is glass,and heavy enough that it doesn't scoot around the counter, or require two hands when you are trying to use it. Second, and more importantly, the mechanism feels solid and well-made, unlike most proprietary dispensers that require a hair-trigger touch to dispense the right amount of product.. It does what a dispenser is supposed to do with precision, has a pleasing appearance, and offers the satisfaction of using a well-made tool for something that you use regularly. Sometimes it is amazing to me how little things, if well-designed, can make life a bit more pleasant - this is one of them. The dispenser seemed a bit pricey, but having seen how well-made it is, I don't think the price is out of line. I recommend this dispenser enthusiastically and will be purchasing several more.

I have a dishwasher, but a handful of my dishes require hand washing, so I wanted a container for dish washing liquid that would make it easy to dispense with one hand on a sponge while scrubbing. This is the perfect size for the 8 oz size of Dawn dish washing detergent that I buy. So far, I am happy with the purchase. The glass is nice and heavy while pressing down the nozzle, so it doesn't tip over. Does exactly what I needed!

My husband and I received the soap dispenser yesterday and both remarked how sturdy and beautiful it is. It has clean lines, too. We had bought a round one with frosted glass; however, the nozzle wouldn't stay in the dispenser, and some of the frost chipped off. This one looks much nicer on our kitchen sink. In addition, we have a green kitchen, so the green dishwashing liquid in the dispenser goes nicely with our kitchen. We're betting that this dispenser lasts a long time! 7-Month Update: This soap dispenser has been positioned next to our kitchen sink for the past 7 months, and it looks classy and elegant but, more important that that, it does its job faithfully pumping dishwashing liquid out with little effort each and every day. The glass is beautifully clear and sturdy, and the stainless steel pump nozzle remains shiny, untarnished, and not corroded. The other day we received our order of a second soap dispenser for our bathroom because we had a plastic soap dispenser which became cracked and, of course, the faux stainless steel on the pump nozzle wore off and looked terrible. It's simply more economical to purchase a quality glass soap dispenser to begin with, and this Clear 8oz Glass Soap Dispenser with Stainless Pump is perfect, whether you need one for the kitchen or the bathroom!!!

I am not very picky about how much soap my dispenser dispenses at a time (!). But based on the other comments I've started overthinking it and yes, I could bear with a little more dispensing. But then being consistently underserved with soap probably reduces my soap usage and saves even more money now that I'm paying for soap refills and not for disposable containers! So that's good. Plus I'm super clumsy and keep knocking these over onto a stone and ceramic surface, respectively (I have two) so I'm grateful for their sturdy design. In short, this is a good container for soap. I have a very thin foaming soap in them now and this has given them no problem and, although I have yet to try them with thicker soap, I do not foresee insuperable obstacles.

It took me awhile to get the top threaded correctly which seemed weird but I was finally able to do it. A convenient size for dish soap & easy to dispense. Not sure yet about durability but it seems solid.

My last kitchen soap dispenser started peeling and tarnishing at the spout, and then the tip finally broke.....so it was time to have it replaced, but without spending a bomb. Thought I'd take a chance and order this glass soap dispenser as it had the perfect look I was searching for, had good reviews, and wasn't overpriced. I am often nervous about the saying "you get what you pay for," but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this soap dispenser. The glass bottle is solid and well made and the pump not loose and flimsy like many others. But most importantly, it actually pumped soap without a problem......some others I've tried, the soap settles back down and you have to pump several times before it comes up and dispenses again. Was just a tad smaller than I expected, but looks cute and works fine for my needs. Delivered very fast and well packaged.

Something sold as a soap or lotion dispenser should dispense liquid soap or lotion. I had to significantly water down my soap to get the pump to work. That should save me some money on soap, but it's not what I would have preferred. Other than that primary issue, I like the simple glass container for its sturdiness and style. *****Update 12/4/19: Jackie from the seller, Industrial Rewind, contacted me quickly after the dispenser arrived. When I shared my situation with the pump that would only pump watery liquid, she said it was clear that the pump was defective and immediately shipped a replacement that works beautifully. Now I'm enjoying the pretty glass container and a functioning pump. Great product and great customer service!
