I had been experimenting with different options to use a conference call system with my laptop for MS Teams, Zoom and Google meet calls, had even lost money on other devices. Finally found this Jabra Speak 510 MS and have been using it since a couple of weeks now. Its perfect and I can have calls easily, it gets connected in all 3 platforms, the noise cancellation seems good since nobody has complained of other noises. The sound quality is also good though one feels it could have been a little higher but that is only when listening to music, but for conference calls - perfect. I have not experimented with the Bluetooth option and have preferred to connect by USB which is perfect again. I have also avoided connecting my mobile phone via Bluetooth to the device since in the past I have felt that such multiple connections seem to confuse a device and cause frustrating experiences. This device comes with a very nice pouch. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a speaker/microphone combo for conference calls

I had this now for a year and it is very simple and powerful and must have product. I usually use while WFH and the sound quality is amazing at the other end

Heavy plane sound was filtered but the drilling sound next door was captured and can be heard by the listener on the line. Except this, no reason to reject this wonderful device.

Best for office use.You can avoid using headphones if you have long calls running for hours.Clarity is too good.Mic is also too good

My requirement was to have a good speakerphone which can support audio conference via MS Teams, WebEx in my laptop.. This model supports both Microsoft and Cisco.... software installation was easy as I already had Jabra headset it got integrated to the existing set of drivers I can clearly hear the other end voice well and vice versa... It needs to be connected to laptop via USB port to continue the conference calls but not via Bluetooth.. Please note that the call button and call end button does not work from device.... you need to do it via the soft interface of Teams or WebEx in your laptop... Mute button works from device Since I connect via usb to laptop for my requirement, battery is always fully charged so haven’t checked the battery status It can be connected to smartphones via Bluetooth and voice quality is equally good... Overall it is a good product which helps to avoid headsets for those long conversations

Not the actual sound quality that I see in the office. Had to return it immediately after delivery. I tried all the steps before returning it.
