How much longer will Sourdough breads & baked goods last with this product?

This product should not be used in baking bread with yeast in it. This active ingredient in this product with inhibit yeast activity as it is a fungus and prevent your bread from rising.

Can I use to prevent mold in Indian peppers/Chilli pickle?

This particular product is used for candy, desserts and pastries. Not sure this product is the best for pickling.
