What is the diameter of the two center shafts for the center of wheels? 2015 Honda pcx 150 has about 1 inch center for the wheel bolt.

While I haven't measured either, the smaller one worked for my 2003 BMW K1200LT.

Will it change motorcycle tires?

I haven't tried it on My Motorcycle yet, but looking at the way it works, I would say yes.

Will it change tires on 20 inch rims

It certainly won’t do a 21 inch bike wheel. Just tried it! Not even close. Maybe a 19. Definitely not a 20 inch wheel. Real simple. The company should have it listed in the specs!

I've misplaced the owner's manual, no luck searching online for a pdf version. ideas on how i can get one?

Do a simple search for videos. Once you do the first, the rest are easy. I had refresh my memory from 50 years ago when I worked in gas station fixing flats. Same concept and techniques but this is smaller manual machine. Works fine as long as have mounting lube.
