i love ngk spark plugs i use them with any and all motors but i just received one for the first time that broke in half. never seen this befor idk how to get a replacement for this considering it was the last one of eight i had already put in. messaged support no answer yet but i do recommend ngk nun the less

The product is good I use before back Jan 2024. So this time I reorder it and pay extra money to have it 7am to 11am. But didn't get here in the time frame. Amazon need to do better or stop with time frame deal.

First off the shipping. My new NGKs were shipped from the Amazon warehouse and arrived on time packaged in a standard mailer protected from moisture inside a tightly sealed ziplock bag. I’m happy with the shipping. My old set of NGKs shown in the pictures have been in so long that I can’t remember when I installed them. I think it has been about four years and close to 100k miles. They performed great before they finally gave out, under rough conditions. In all but one cylinder there was oil burning condition, with two cylinders burning oil worse than the others. They gapped over .01 where the most oil fouling occurred. In the rest they gapped .02 to .03 over. Not bad considering their age and likely mileage. The one cylinder with no excess oil burn looked like it could be re-gapped and re-run. Not a recommendation. Overall they held up great over extended miles and poor conditions before finally starting to misfire causing some stalling issues, power loss and about a 2mpg loss. Quick tip. These do come pre-gapped at .035, but be sure to check the gap and re-gap them to your vehicle’s specs. Mine is .04. Update: NGK recommends that you not use anti-seize products for there spark plugs when you install them the first time. 2000 Chevy Tahoe LS 5.3 V8 4x4 434k miles.
