I've used this product in my hard cider and apple wines on about 20 gallons now. Great acid blend, gives you the complexity of taste when you need it. Go easy on the stuff, you can always add more later in the fermenting process.

Homemade wine a little flaccid? Correct the PH
Correct PH is very important for a "bright" wine. This acid blend does not seem to give any "off" while correcting PH levels that are too high. Should normally be between 3.4 and 3.6, 9f higher, use a good acid blend, and this one appears to be pretty good.

Excellent For Wine Making
I bought this product since I started making more and more wine, I first used this with the banana wine I made. Great product.
I use this in low acid juices when making country wine. Works well in balancing the acids and helped make a really nice black cherry wine.
