I now have 3 of these in my water feature, and all have worked well. One was bought 2 years ago and is still performing ok. They look great in the evening, changing colour in turn. Really pleased.

although this has never worked , i asked if i could change the battery , but had no reply , so i gave up and thrown in the bin

First glance ok but condensation has got inside so I believe the component's inside will rust. No remote

as this was not the right time of year to buy these to see the full beauty of them
