the con is they won't ship to most places; supposedly these are from the uk; so a real shame for that.

After finding these calcium magnesium supplements with positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It's only been a week, but they seem promising for my calcium intake. The tablets, though a bit large, are manageable when broken in half. They also contribute to relaxation and better sleep. Surprisingly, despite their size, these have become my preferred calcium magnesium supplements.

Amazing product. Given to parents as a gift. They have advised that it has helped. Only time can tell if this is true. No known side effects and there energy levels seem a little higher as well. Overall value for money.

My knee pain got much better after taking these supplements.As it has Calcium, Magnesium , Vitamin D and Zinc it is great for those who are suffering with joint pain and believe it has helped me a lot in managing my knee pain.
