62 y.o. man - first time trying Tongkat Ali and I'm impressed. I researched various brands and decided on Nootropics, 200 mg product. I noticed more energy and motivation right away, along with more energy for exercise. To a lesser degree - a small improvement with ED. This is definitely stronger than Ashwagandha, which I have also tried. Two potential negatives: 1. some slight nausea about 45 minutes after taking - take with some food. 2. Don't take this at night or you may be up all night! I plan to keep taking and I'm trying to figure out a good cycling interval. Start with a small dosage as this stuff is strong.

On day 3 I had a strange tingling in my groin, day 6 felt a little more energy, and day 8 started have higher levels of anger (which I didn’t like), but I know it’s an indicator of increased free testosterone. I also started having hot flashes which indicate I may need to lower my dose to 200mg. Libido is absolutely increasing, no change in strength yet, but overall feeling of clarity and well-being is certainly there. I’m cautiously optimistic the benefits will continue to build since I”m only on day 8. I want to be clear, I’ve never taken anything like this in my life. It’s working faster and with more benefits than I ever imagined. I wrote this long review because I want other men to know that Tongkat Ali is real, it’s working, and it may be my long-term fix for Low-T. So far I’m startled by it’s effectiveness. You can see how clear the Nootropics brand is, that means it’s not loaded with fillers and has excellent purity. The Solaray brand is a cloudy mess. Don't know if the product is quality or not.... all I know is it had no effect....

I first heard about Tongkat Ali from a email list I am on. It sparked my interest so I decided to by this item. I have been taking it for months now. I buy the 60 count and take it until it is gone. That way I take a 2-3 week break from the supplement until my body tells me I can take it again. I love this product they did a great job. It gives me the energy throughout the day and mental clarity. I'm a 43 year old man and this product is great for my health and testosterone. If you take good care of yourself with exercise, meditation if that is your thing, and eating a clean diet you will get great results.
