Great Fan, Fan LED Splitter does NOT WORK with Phantom switch
Pros: Large Fan, runs quiet at decent RPMs(for a 200mm fan). 20 dBA is well under what my loudest fans are (the 120mm are closer to 30 dBA), so I know its not the bottleneck of my case fans when it comes to sound, at least. LED lights are in what appears to be fully working order. Cons: The LED light splitter (the little splitter that comes with the fan, and allows you to hook up two LED ropes/devices to ONE external LED light switch, such as the one on the back of the NZXT Phantom) does NOT work. I plugged the splitter into the port where the 200mm fan that came with my Phantom (also Red LED) was plugged, then plugged that fan and this one into the splitter, sealed the computer up, and booted on. Tried to toggle the lights on and off with the Phantom case switch but they just remained on all the time! Unplugged one of the fans from the splitter (but kept the splitter connected), and, voila, the remaining fan's LED light worked with the switch. Ultimately, I just plugged in the small switch adapter included with the fan (presumably, for the owners of cases without built-in light controllers...) and let that sit inside my case. It turns the new fan's LED light on and off. I still use the Phantom's switch with the old fan's LED light though... It's just kind of annoying that I'm going to have to open up my case to turn the new fan's LED light on and off though. Maybe I'll just try attaching the splitter to my LED rope controller card (it's controlled via a PCI Card w/ external switch and intensity meter). Or maybe I'll just attach the splitter to the included switch and try to gerry-rig it to work with the Phantom's LED switch. Hell, for all I know, this might be what NZXT intended me to do in the first place. I do find it strange though that my Red/White Phantom Case (which is a newer model, as the original models were, to the best of my knowledge, only solid colors) doesn't have an LED switch that could automatically work with a splitter and two fans... If any of y'all know a fix to this issue, I'm all ears. Fan Config: 1 NZXT 120 mm fan (performance), exhaust, back fan 2 NZXT 120 mm fan (performance), HDD/side, intake fans 1 NZXT 140 mm fan (performance), front, intake fan 1 NZXT 200 mm Red LED fan (performance), top/back, exhaust fan 1 NZXT 200 mm Red LED fan (quiet), top/front, exhaust fan

The amazing big fan!
I bought this fan along with a phantom NZXT case, and if right in. it is really quiet and as advertized it has red LED light. My only take on this fan that it was too bulky which made closing the led a bit hard, because i had an after market CPU cooling system which was a bit taller than stander.. But if you the stander Intel or AMD CPU cooling system it wouldnt be a problem. Totally worth it!

Works so far
The front fan fins of my NZXT Hades case kept breaking so I had to buy a new fan. So far it is really quiet and moves a lot of air. LEDs look awesome.

NZXT for the win and loss!
I bought this case fan because I own a NZXT Phantom case. It is currently the only one that fits my case. Other than it being the only one able to fit in the case, I love it. It is quite easy to install and runs very quite. Pros: Quite fan, comes with an Off-On click switch for the LED feature, smooth installation. Cons: That I need to buy this specific brand, more expensive than equal competitors.

Changed the temperature of my room!
This fan solved all of my needs, completely changing my gaming rig from a hot tower to a cool, quiet gaming beast. I ordered two of these bad boys to keep my PC cold, but only ended up needing one.

I donno
Seemed like a good product but I was unaware that it only could fit in NZXT cases and not mine. Otherwise, probably really good if you have the case for it.

Actually 192MM - NOT 200MM
Surprised I haven't seen more negative reviews regarding this. Bought this fan thinking it would be great for my new build. Looked great and was affordable. Almost immediately after receiving it, I noticed that it doesn't even come close to fitting my case as it is actually 192MM, instead of the 200MM claimed by NZXT. I would have thought that since the site says it's 200MM, that it is actually 200MM, ya know? After going back and reviewing the page, I do notice that it says in small print (that I had to "Show More" to see) that it's "Only guaranteed to work with NZXT products." This should have been placed somewhere on the page where it's easier to see. Starting the return process right now. Stay away from this unless you plan to do some jury-rigging or you actually have an NZXT case.

It works, but there were a few problems
The product arrived in good time etc. No problems there, however there were a few problems with the product itself. First: one of the pins in one of the provided connectors was missing. As it happens I didn't need it, but obviously that shouldn't happen. Second: The screws that came with the fan fit the fan screw holes, but do not work in the screw holes on my computer case (Alignment is fine, but the screws are too big for the case holes). I ended up attaching it by tying it to the case grating using wire. Third: It's decently quiet now, but at first there was a very audible sound from it that I don't know how to describe. It took about a week for this sound to mostly disappear. Other than that, it seems to do it's job.

GREAT PRODUCT
This fan is great at only 800RPM also it goes at the top as i have the RED special Edition and it has to look nice for the phantom case and now it has two LED fans at the top at 200mm also it comes with all the recommend parts for the case also it does not let out lots of air but for the only fan that has RED led for it and it is built for my case this is a great product and it does not make no noise what so ever, so summary just get it don't even worry just get it if you have the phantom case i can 100% say get it and you will not be disappointed :D....
