I have taken super pump for over 6 years back when it was Superpump 250 this newer formula still works like a charm. This is one of the best pre-workout out there not saturated with caffeine. You don't get jitters or caffeine withdrawal, like other formulas. You get clean mental focus. If you are into the junk of energy drinks that are loaded with caffeine, this would be the perfect replacement. The amino acids, B vitamins, Argenine, and Tyrosine. Would be beneficial for your body. I take this on a daily base, to pull through a hard day at work.

This is my first time trying this product. My go to has always been BSN'S NO Xplode. I knew that SuperPump was one of the originals as well and I figured I would finally give it a try. I was really impressed with this product. The taste is good, mixes well, and doesn't give me any negative feelings towards nausea, jitters, or sickness leading up to my workouts nor after. As for the pros: I do feel the preworkout working during my workout. This is not meant to put you over the edge buzzing with energy to run miles, but I would call this more of a "will power" in a bottle. The focus just dials in the deeper in the sets you get, maybe similar to the state I'd feel like the hulk gets to before he turns green. I felt myself doing 1 or 2 more reps with surges of energy coming in at the last minute with the ability to jump up and superset. The pumps are great and dense. Ridiculous flooding that you can feel moving. I really like this product as it seems to be a strengthing preworkout for lifting weights and performing strength moves as opposed to a C4 type that is more marketing for the cardio side. I leave this review to folks who are not gym rats. I don't want to argue which is best. I am someone who is probably considered above average in strength if it matters to reviewers. I will continue using this as a back and forth. Great price and 40 servings is hard to find. I recommend for anyone beginning or advanced trying to get in shape whether your goal is weight-loss or bulking up. The only con that anyone can say is the proprietary blends. I'm telling you. It doesnt matter. Marketing is marketing. This stuff works and will be implemented in my regimen from now on. (Weight 160. Bench 285 x 1 Deadlift 425 x 1)

It does exactly what it says it will. It SuperPumps you to the MAX. I've been using it for a few years and it's always a solid product. I usually only take 1 1/4 scoops. It comes with 40 servings so if you just take 1 serving per workout it'll last you almost 2 months assuming you workout 5 days a week. It's a good supplement not only for the price but the effectiveness. I would like it more if it didn't have caffeine. I don't get jitters at all but I like to drink green tea before workouts and I believe that too much cortisol is counter-productive to building muscle. I'm not sure how much is in there but I would prefer it if it had none. It's still a solid preworkout though so I give it 5 stars.

I used to be a power lifter back in the day. Im a 22 year old caffeine junkie (AKA college student). I'm 5'8" 210 lb, slightly chunky male. I used to use seperate caffeine supplements along with creatine/NO products. This product changed my outlook. Many of the reviews on here whether they be 1-star to 5-stars warn of the Super Dump side effect. This side effect is 100% true. I lost about 10 pounds during the first 3 days of using this product. Granted, I am over weight. The large bowel movements subside after taking the supplement for a week or so. The human body carries I once used Redline every workout. Redline involved a horrible crash and a depression state. This product does not crash you like any other preworkout I have ever used. It helps carry you to the next level without giving you a fake happiness feeling. Its like expresso in terms of energy. Positives: + Energy + No huge crash + A 2nd gear that kicks in 35 minutes into a workout + Psychocological edge when working out + Feeling confident Negatives - A crash happens hours later - If you're not working out in the morning, you're gonna be up for a while - A large bowel movement - Cockiness Summary: Buy this product is you're looking for something to help you get over a plateau or even just a pick me up for the morning workouts. If you need caffeine to function, this supplement will help you out tremendously. Be wary of the large bowel movements and you shall have a great workout. 4-Star rating because this product is not perfect. 5-star products do not happen unless I can still rave about the greatness of a product for hours after using it for more than 2 months.

Not quite sure why they come up with a container whose content is only half the amount the container can take. Besides, great product and effective. It never turned me down when use it prior to my workout. The cost has increased over the years, but I haven't seen upgrades in the product itself, but the container whose color and shape vary. That extra l am paying appears to be for the variation of colors and shapes.

But then again my stomach ain't what it used to be. I used to have a steel trap, a cast iron stomach as they say, a trapper-keeper, but now with age, it bucks and fusses like a gal in the throws. The throws of what? Not relevant to this review. Or perhaps it is, wait one...yes, relevant, in the throws of work, of throwing up weight. The tamale lady is here and she knows the deal: work, walk, blow your horn, knock on doors, talk to people, sell your wares come rain or shine. This little magical powder does agitate me and perhaps that's alright. It knocks loose the stool too, if you know what I mean, but coffee does that too. The Hawaiian Punch flavor is strong and can be diluted over and over, for proper hydration. I think I'll re-up on a canister once this one is through because I'm crazy like that: I need to have options. Like a sniper snorting methamphetamines, I see a lot and I may still want to see a little more.

Super pump stays true to its name and makes you SUPER PUMPED to go to the gym. I have noticed that even when I have NO DESIRE left inside me to work out... either because I got up at like 4 AM to try to force myself to go to the gym, or because I just got off work (who wants to go to the gym after work? NOT ME)... that Super Pump wipes all that away and replaces it with a raw desire to workout. Although it is intense, I do not personally have any issues taking it for cardio either like hiking or running, but if you are sensitive to caffeine I would be a bit careful. If you have a high caffeine tolerance from drinking massive fat coffee to drown out the pain from how obnoxious your customers are... this is the workout supplement for you. If you sometimes do not want to workout and you are looking for something to give you artificial desire to workout, and to do so SUPER PUMPED, this is the supplement for you. Lastly, if you are just a person who really likes working out and you want to stack a preworkout that is mostly creatine monohydrate, Super Pump is a pretty good choice. Although I would recommend checking the ingredients to make sure other things that are IN the super pump aren't already separately in your stack.

Been using this for 10 years because i never crashed and the flavor was great. The last one i bought tasted terrible so i thought it was a bad batch or something. I ordered two more pink Lemonade and fruit punch they both taste horrible and now the formula over stimulates me so i will not be buying anymore of this. Not sure why they would change such a great formula. I will be returning them and starting the search for a new product that will not make my head explode. I hope they read these reviews and realize their mistake. Such a great product to have it messed up. I did reach out to Gasapri nutrition and they did send me some from a different batch to replace the ones i had. They claim that nothing has changed but hard to tell me that since i have used this product so long. Finding a good pre-workout is so frustrating. The flavor and formila has been changed or they are using crappy replacement ingredients.

Yep yep, Mr Gaspari went bankrupt, wrote of everything to his wife etc. And whole bunch of stupid kids ate it like candy, and the original 250 was banned because of that. But… I go to gym for 12 years, first 6 years strait, first year 6 days a week. I never did hormones or roids, but this thing is a beast ! It gives the focus, the pump, all of that. It gives pure joy

Mixes well, works well taste is god awful, I’ve had a lot of preworkouts and this tastes the worst, got the fruit punch, has a strong medicine taste, gross, held my breath and slammed it lol

Horrible flavor, it tastes like Tums. Can’t even imagine how I’ll finish the bottle 😬 Also, no significant impact on workouts. Only bought it for the low price…instant regret…
