What is the difference between this round and the $90.00 round that you are also selling(other than the color of the casing)?

The shell has been fired on this one. The black one is new, never fired.(without primer).

Projectile metal or plastic ?

The projectile is tungsten it's pretty heavy. It's just a practice round but this everything's metal very happy with the purchase.

What is the bullet tip made of? Is it metal or plastic?

i am not sure. the bottom part that fits into the casing is metal. the projectile is too heavy to be plastic. i would have to say all metal.

Does this round contain any amount of depleted uranium? If I get it tested will it be tested as radiologically “inert?”

No “Depleted Uranium” at all. this is a “training” dummy round. this projectile is composed mostly of tungsten. the projectile is a training round.
