Good for use on skin or as a sublingual supplement
One or two drops sublingually every week for Vit E supplementation. Has no smell, no flavor and no aftertaste. Also a little goes a long way. Very concentrated and thick. Only need one or two drops on dry skin areas, and on newly/fully-closed, healed wounds to minimize scarring.

Does not smell like vitamin E at all ... disappointed. Not recommended.
Did not like: Ordered the 10th Feb 2023, received the 16th. Exp date (if it's m/d/y) is May 1st 2023. Smells like fish oil, tastes fishy. Yuck! I know what natural plant based Vitamin E smells & tastes like - this, is not 'it' & is nasty. On a positive note, I liked the price, the reviews were promising. The look & viscosity of the oil is right. But it's *not* "right", just the same. One of my cats thought it was great. I'd hoped to use this not only as a supplement, but topically & for protecting other edible/topical oils. Nope - it would ruin them. Sad.

Good for nighttime skin routine
I've been using this on my face for about 3 weeks now. I'm seeing significant fading in my acne scares and really moisturized skin when using it at night. I have a acne prone skin especially on my cheeks and this has helped with scarring so much! Also, use it on my lashes every now and then too but it is a little thick for lashes. I already have pretty long lashes but i think this is helping with shine for sure. Highly recommended

Mother Nature's Essentials Natural Vitamin E Oil Food Grade, 21,000IU d-alpha-tocopherol
I'm think it helps a little with softening wrinkles.

Great oil!
Seems to be a very high quality oil. Easy to apply and will last a long time for me.

Thick
The texture is thick as expected and the color is a deep reddish brown unlike most vitE I have used in the past. I love the moisture it provides and the taste is not bad at all
