Does the exterior of the oven get very hot?

Yes it gets hot. Only using it while new kitchen being fitted. I use the top of it to warm my plates.

Just received my mini oven and grill but how does the grill work please? Nothing in the instructions!

Is there maybe an instruction manual online? If nt, all I rmember is turing the timer knob for the time you want, and the other knob for temperature. Oven and grill are the same function, using the heating element at the top

Can this be returned as it said oven and grill and theres no grill

I use it just to cook ,mine has not a setting for grill only. But I did cook sausage & they turned out well cooked without using extra fat.
