We were using a Samsung make Micro Oven for several years . after its usual life was over purchased this recently . Used it for few days .Following are the main observations :++ Very compact size . Weight only 11kg.competitive pricing for a well known brand ( Panasonic , Japan )All typre of cooking possible with different power ratings ( Selectable ) , 800W maximum, Grills notpossible, Reheating , Defrosting all possible.Manual provided , simple operating proceedure .The delivery person will open the unit at your kitchen and once you are satisfied with the power onand observing no external damage then only give the OTP to the delivery person. This is as perAmazon written policy .The power cord is quite long and hence no issue to connect to your nearby Electric power point.Definitely suitable for a family of 2 to 3 members .One year warranty---The unit stands but it not standing firmly on the place although not a major problem .Otherwise its a well performing unit !

Worst product and inside rotar to rotate plate got burnt within 5 days of use and purchase the product and even though amazon claimed service center replacement. But panasonic service center didn't accept for replacement and told to repair but after one month of tracking, esclation repair my product. Worst service by panasonic and faulty product
