I just want to start off by saying this knife is beautiful! Amazing quality and very sharp! I know it will easily last forever. My only complaint is I ordered thinking I would get the color handle in the picture. However, when I received it, it was a completely different color. I then looked a bit closer in the “about this item” and realized it said colors may vary. I only wished I had noticed that earlier because the only reason I ordered was for that specific color.

Very pleased with the knife. Well presented and packaged. Preforms very nicely.

Some of the dye came off in plastic wrap upon unwrapping off handle. Guessing it dye wasn’t given enough time to cure before packaging. Had green tint on my hands, but washed it & hands off. Handle feels plasticky & slick. Its ok. Glad the guard is cut into blade to help stop hand slippage. Razor sharp.

Recipient, who is a professional chef, was very happy to get the knife and after using it for several days said he loves it from the feel to the way it slices.

Well build and ligth weight., but completely not sharp, have to return it ., on the video you can see compare with two different knifes ( small is the cheapes knife from costco? after i sharpen it and big one is a just good sharpen knife from German steel )

BEAUTIFUL KNIFE! Same colors as advertised and super sharp. I think the price is right for this item however I'm not sure if it's a true damascus knife. Either way really good buy but would of loved it if it where thick

First of all this knife was nice at first. After using it for about 1 week this past few days I noticed that the tip of the blade was gone after one shift this should be handled right this could have ended up some dish or anywhere else in a kitchen work environment after contacting the seller he stated someone else could’ve used my knife and put it back being in a kitchen environment no one else uses each other’s tools you should always or use what is available to you from the actual “kitchen knifes for employees” have your own utensils therefore no one else has ised this

And there is no such thing as a Damascus Core. Damascus is what is applied to the outside, and this ain't it. The inked handle will bleed in your hand, and fade in washing. The knife might be okay. The advertising is a fraud.

This knife is aesthetically pleasing, a great show piece in my kitchen at at work. It’s very comfortable to use and turned up beautifully sharp. The knife is worth its price tag at £80. I will be buying the set in the future

Super thin blade beautifully made. Razor sharp with a strong edge that holds well even when rough chopping. Comfortable handle, wood, fades slightly when washed but very attractive nonetheless. Beware the blade "hook back" which I assume is probably normal for these knives but when someone distracted me, did catch me unawares. It would take a lot to part me from this knife now, it has become my "go to" Chef's knife for most purposes, replacing my Tsuki Damascus Chef's Knife.
