Do none of the chaotic starter decks or tins come with A maxxor card

From what I see online, Maxxor is only found as an ultra rare in the booster packs of Dawn of perim. So not in this deck. You'd want to look for a booster box, some loose packs, or I know the rasbma darini tin comes with ONE dawn of perim pack per tin. Best of luck to you on your hunt for Maxxor :)
